Do you have a walk-in facility I can visit?
Crystal Paradise is a delivery-only collective. Our deliveries are discreet and courteous. Our staff can assist you with any questions about our medicines. All online photos our medicines are updated and taken ourselves for you to see online.
Is there a delivery fee or tax on your medicines?
No. All donation prices include tax and delivery. You may tip the driver if you wish :-)
How do I place an order?
You may call our office daily between the hours of 10am and 8pm to guarantee a delivery within 90 minutes. Please call ahead to schedule preffered timing. Our friendly staff will answer any questions and brief you on the day's menu or any specials we might have. Knowledgeable about every item, our team understands each patient's needs to assist them in selecting the right medicine. First time patients are required to provide proof of verification under California state law. This can include a copy or scan of your doctors note or Patient ID card. All future deliveries are easy.
How far does your service range?
We do deliveries all over the Bay Area. Based in Oakland with drivers available to both sides of the Bay, we are accessible within a 30/35 mile parameter.
